1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Just Dropped (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

4. Content and Data

Movie and television metadata, images, and related content are sourced from third-party providers (including TMDB and Watchmode) and remain the property of their respective owners. Just Dropped does not claim ownership of third-party content.

By using the Service, you grant Just Dropped a license to use your content interactions (such as titles you Love, add to your Watchlist, or search for) to operate and improve the Service. Your activity may be included in aggregated, de-identified datasets that do not identify you individually, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its software, design, recommendation systems, and original content features — is and will remain the exclusive property of Just Dropped and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that release dates, streaming availability, or other content information is accurate or up to date — streaming libraries and premiere schedules change without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
